Over the past decade, he has contributed to golf venues, luxury multifamily and his team submitted $6B of projects to the now under construction smart green capital city project of Nusantara, Indonesia.
Himanshu Kaul

Played a key role at NEOM, as the Chief Technology Officer, overseeing all aspects of hotel technology and digital solutions across NEOM’s various regions, including The Line. He brings a wealth of experience working with leading tech giants like SAP, Oracle, and Cloudera and as a founder of a successful Silicon Valley startup focused on generative AI for hospitality technology. Notably, his career began in construction and design, with a degree in Civil Engineering and an architecture background.
William Baker

International career in engineering and construction. Accomplishments include the Riyadh/Al-Majm’Ah/Qassim Expressway, the Heydar Aliyev Museum and multiple large mixed-use developments. William is a lifelong lover of cars and polo. He is proud to have rescued a classic Maserati 200si and restored several Mercedes Benz 300SL Gull Wings. William will be hands on managing our site development, construction and engineering management.

Andrew has over 30 years of experience in the motorsports industry, designing and building racetracks around the world. Based near the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, he graduated from Purdue with two bachelors degrees (Surveying and Engineering) and an MBA.
